There is no universal posting frequency that every executive needs to follow.
For many busy professionals, two or three useful posts per week can provide a sensible starting point. Others may publish less frequently and still build a strong body of work.
Consistency matters, but volume should not come at the expense of having something worth saying.
Publishing five weak posts every week simply to satisfy a content calendar is unlikely to improve the quality of someone's professional reputation.
A better approach is to find a cadence that can be sustained and supported by genuine ideas.
That might mean one thoughtful post each week for one executive and three for another.
The right frequency depends on the person's objectives, available source material, audience and the role LinkedIn plays within their wider professional activity.
