White-Label Copywriting for Agencies

Sometimes you have more client work than writing capacity.

Hiring another full-time writer may not make sense, but neither does turning away good work or rushing a brief because everyone is already busy.

Greyline provides confidential white-label copywriting for agencies that need an experienced writer they can bring in when required.

I can work from your briefs, follow your processes and adapt to different client voices, with the finished work supplied for you to deliver under your own brand.

No minimum commitment. Paid trial projects are available.

Extra writing capacity without another full-time hire

Agency workloads rarely arrive in a perfectly predictable pattern.

One month the writing team has capacity. The next, three clients approve projects at once, somebody goes on leave or a new account creates more work than expected.

White-label support gives you another option.

You can bring me in for an individual project, additional capacity during busy periods or ongoing client work where a reliable external writer makes more sense than expanding the internal team.

The aim is not to complicate your process.

It is to make it easier to get good client work finished.

What I can help with

SEO articles and long-form content

Research-led articles, guides and supporting content based on your client's search strategy and brief.

If your SEO team has already completed the keyword research, SERP analysis and content brief, I can work directly from it.

If not, I can handle more of the research where required.

Website copy

Homepage, service-page, About-page, landing-page and wider website copy for agency website projects.

I can write into existing wireframes or work with your team while the site structure is still being developed.

Content refreshes

Existing client content does not always need replacing.

I can review and rewrite pages that have become outdated, unclear, inaccurate or no longer meet the standard your agency wants to deliver.

Specialist and professional content

Much of my work involves legal services, immigration, investment migration, corporate matters, tax, accounting and other professional services.

That makes Greyline particularly useful when the brief requires more research and subject understanding than a general content writer may have time to develop.

Client voice and style-guide work

If your agency already has a client style guide, tone-of-voice document, content template or editorial process, I can work within it.

Where those documents do not exist, I can use existing client material and your brief to establish an appropriate voice for the project.

Your client relationship stays yours

White-label work only works if the boundaries are clear.

Greyline can operate entirely behind the scenes, with work delivered unbranded for your agency to review and send to the client.

If you want me to communicate directly with the client during the project, I can do that too.

The choice is yours.

I won't use a white-label project to market Greyline to your client or try to turn an agency relationship into a direct one.

NDAs are available where required, and ownership of completed work can be handled according to the terms agreed for the project.

Work with your process, not around it

Every agency works differently.

Some send a detailed brief with keywords, headings, references and internal links already mapped.

Others send a topic, a client website and a deadline.

Both are workable.

I can follow your existing templates, project-management process, style guides and approval workflow rather than expecting your team to adopt mine.

If something in a brief is unclear, contradictory or likely to weaken the finished piece, I'll flag it rather than quietly guessing.

The objective is to reduce the amount of management the work creates for your team, not add another person who needs constant chasing.

Specialist subjects need more than confident writing

Some content can be researched quickly.

Other subjects punish shortcuts.

Legal, immigration, tax, corporate and financial content can sound perfectly convincing while being factually wrong.

I have extensive professional experience writing about complex specialist subjects, including legal services, immigration, investment migration, corporate matters, tax and accounting.

Where a topic falls outside my existing knowledge, I research it before writing rather than pretending otherwise.

That can include legislation, government guidance, regulatory material, industry sources and other appropriate primary or authoritative sources.

For agencies working with professional-services clients, that research discipline can be as important as the writing itself.

Where AI fits

I use AI where it genuinely makes the workflow better.

That can include research support, organising information, analysing data or handling repetitive tasks.

It isn't a substitute for understanding the brief, checking the facts, writing for the client's audience or deciding whether something is actually worth publishing.

White-label work delivered by Greyline is reviewed and edited by me before it reaches your team.

You are putting your agency's name and client relationship behind the work.

I treat that accordingly.

How white-label projects work

  1. 1. Send the brief

Send over the project, client requirements, style guide, keywords, wireframe or whatever material your team normally works from.

If something important is missing, I'll tell you before starting.

  2. 2. Agree the scope

We confirm the deliverables, deadline, communication arrangement and price.

There is no minimum ongoing commitment.

  3. 3. Research and writing

I complete the research and writing required for the project while following your brief and client requirements.

  4. 4. Agency review

The work comes back to your team for review.

One round of revisions is included as standard unless we agree something different for the project.

  5. 5. Handoff

The finished copy is supplied unbranded and ready for your normal client-delivery process.

If we are working together regularly, we can keep the workflow as simple and repeatable as possible.

Start with one project

You don't need to commit to a retainer or a fixed volume of work to see whether the arrangement works.

A paid trial project is usually the easiest place to start.

It gives you a chance to see how I handle the brief, research, writing, communication and revisions before deciding whether Greyline should become part of your wider agency workflow.

If it works, we can keep working together when you need the capacity.

If it doesn't, there is no ongoing commitment.

White-label copywriting FAQs

What is white-label copywriting?

White-label copywriting is content produced by an external writer for an agency to deliver as part of its own client service.

The writer works behind the agency rather than building a separate relationship with the end client.

The exact arrangement can vary. Some agencies handle all client communication themselves, while others prefer the writer to join calls or communicate with the client as part of the agency team.

Will my client know you wrote the content?

Not unless you want them to.

Work can be delivered completely unbranded for your agency to review and send to the client.

If you prefer me to communicate directly with the client as part of your team, that can also be arranged.

Can you sign an NDA?

Yes.

If your agency or client requires an NDA or confidentiality agreement, send it over as part of the project setup.

Do you work directly with agency clients?

Only if the agency wants me to.

Some agencies prefer to manage all communication internally. Others want a writer to join calls, ask the client questions or handle part of the content process directly.

Either approach is fine.

Can you follow our briefs and style guides?

Yes.

I can work from your existing content briefs, keyword research, wireframes, editorial templates, client style guides and tone-of-voice documents.

I don't need your agency to change its entire process simply because an external writer is involved.

Do you offer white-label SEO copywriting?

Yes.

I can write SEO articles, long-form guides, content refreshes and service-supporting content based on your agency's existing SEO strategy and briefs.

Where required, I can also handle more of the search and subject research.

Do you provide white-label website copy?

Yes.

I can provide homepage, service-page, About-page, landing-page and full-site copy for agency website projects.

I can also work within existing wireframes or alongside the people responsible for design and development.

Do you use AI for client work?

I use AI selectively where it improves the workflow, but I don't use it as a replacement for research, factual checking or editorial judgement.

Every piece delivered to your agency is reviewed and edited by me before handoff.

Is there a minimum amount of work?

No.

You can start with a single paid project.

If the relationship works and you need regular support, we can discuss ongoing capacity without requiring an artificial minimum volume.

How much does white-label copywriting cost?

White-label work is quoted according to the project.

Pricing depends on factors such as the type of content, volume, research requirements, turnaround and whether your agency supplies a complete brief or needs me to handle more of the process.

Send over a typical brief or trial project and I can quote based on the actual work involved.

Need another writer your agency can rely on?

You don't need to outsource your entire content operation.

Sometimes you just need someone who can take a brief, understand it, do the work properly and send it back without creating more work for your team.

If that sounds useful, send me a typical project or tell me where you need additional capacity.

There is no minimum commitment, and we can start with one paid project.
